This 2-hour webinar is a portion of the full "Mastering Difficult and Sensitive Situations" training course offered through Potencium. During this session you will identify your conflict style using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and gain strategies to work through conflict situations in the workplace. (The conflict Instrument will be emailed to you prior to the webinar and is covered in the registration fee)
